What a great way to hang a heavy bag at home or in the gym! This hanger fits a standard I-beam from approximately 4.5” wide to 6.5”. There is a thin padding on the inside of the clamps to reduce the metal-on-metal grind and noise. The hanger clamps down to the beam for a secure and snug fit. There is also a carabiner attachment that makes it easy to hang any bag.
